Warranty Terms

Every repair we complete is backed by a written warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Standard repairs

All PPPR repairs carry a 6-month workmanship warranty covering the repair work performed and the parts we fitted, from the date your pump is returned to you.

Refurbished exchange pumps

Refurbished exchange pumps carry a 12-month warranty from the date of supply.

Pump Care Plan members

Active Pump Care Plan members receive a 12-month workmanship warranty on all repairs — double the standard cover.

What is not covered

Our warranty does not cover new faults unrelated to the original repair, damage caused by running the pump dry, electrical supply faults, or physical damage occurring after return. If a covered fault occurs, we collect, fix and return your pump at no charge.

Your consumer rights

These warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
