Your pump collected, repaired and returned — one flat price, no call-out fee.

The $280 covers collection from your property anywhere North of the River, full diagnosis, repair labour, return delivery, a free loan pump while yours is on the bench, and all standard wear parts: mechanical seal, o-rings and gaskets, capacitor, and bearings. Most pump failures fall within this — which means for most people, $280 is the whole bill.

If diagnosis finds something bigger, nothing happens without your say-so. You get a quote first, with the repair cost clear before we touch a spanner. To give you a feel for the extras, typical additional costs are: impeller replacement $60 to $120, motor rewind $180 to $320, wet end or housing $120 to $250, variable speed control board $250 to $450. If your pump is beyond economic repair, we will tell you straight — and your options include a refurbished exchange pump from $440 with a 12-month warranty.
